Each class has a maximum of 10 children, with a teacher-child ratio of 1:10.
There are between 40-50 children in each year group.
Pre-Primary students are assigned light homework to develop the sense of responsibility of seeing through tasks from start to finish.
Children receive a written report every eight weeks. Parents can arrange a meeting with the teacher to discuss progress. Regular communication also takes place through Seesaw.
Classes are diversified to identify and challenge each child’s strengths.
JoyKids does not provide specialised support for children with Special Educational Needs and does not offer a separate English as an Additional Language (EAL) programme. An assessment, a trial and an external referral may all form part of the process when appropriate.

JoyKids welcomes children from 18 months to 6 years across Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Preschool, K1 and K2.
The facilities at The Club are shared. Children across all age groups use suitable facilities about once a week, with a teacher present to supervise and apply the relevant safety restrictions.
School transport is available for children aged 4 and above, subject to route availability. Current coverage areas are Mont Kiara, Kota Damansara and Tropicana.
Meals are prepared by a caterer, and menu planning is reviewed by a Malaysian nutritionist. Parents should inform the school in advance about allergies or dietary requirements.
Tours are available Monday to Friday from 11:00am to 3:00pm. A visit normally takes about 30 minutes and the requested time is subject to confirmation.
Parking is RM2.00 per entry. Visitors may use any entrance and take the lift to the LG floor.
